One of the many restaurants by internationally famous Yoham Ottolenghi, NOPI is on the more affordable side, still offering delicious insight into the magical culinary world of Ottolenghi.
Be prepared to not recognise half the ingredients used in each dish and to spend a substantial amount of money (nonetheless worth it).
I recommend trying the roasted butternut squash with tahini, pine nuts and za'atar.
